Mumbles is a anthology magazine of illustrated stories produced by artist John Eberly during the 1980s in Wichita, Kansas. Issue #2 features stories and illustrations by John Eberly in a series of horrible puns and overworked cliches. Eberly is well known in the underground mail-art scene of the 1980s and 1990s and was incredibly prolific. He’s also known as a musician with numerous cassette and CD releases, also a founding member of the band “The Mumbles” and The Eberly Brothers both of which are featured in the Demolition Kitchen Video collection here on the Internet Archive.
